What we can help with
- A figure on this site that does not match susi.ie. Tell us the page and the number, and we fix it, normally the same day.
- A result from the calculator that looks wrong for your situation.
- A guide you would like to see, or a question you could not find an answer to here.
- Press and research requests about student grants in Ireland.
What we cannot help with
This is an independent site. We have no access to SUSI, no view of your application, and no way to speed it up or change a decision. For anything about your own grant, contact SUSI directly:
- Phone 0818 888 777 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, not public holidays) or +353 1 966 3132 from outside Ireland.
- Support desk at www.susi.ie/contact-susi.
- Decisions you disagree with: read how SUSI appeals work first, then ask SUSI for a review within 30 days of the decision letter.
